1. Shipping zones
We currently ship to mainland Spain and Portugal, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal. In the coming months we plan to expand to the rest of the European Union.
2. Shipping costs
The exact shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. Certain minimum order amounts may qualify for free shipping.
3. Delivery times
Orders to mainland Spain are prepared the same day or the next business day and are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours after carrier pickup. For all other zones, the delivery time will be indicated during checkout.
4. Methods and carriers
We work with carriers commonly used in the sector. The specific company and service are determined at the time the order is prepared.
5. Order tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's service to check the status.
6. Receiving the package
We recommend inspecting the packaging in the presence of the carrier. If the package shows visible damage, note it on the delivery slip and let us know within 24 hours.
7. Returns policy (right of withdrawal)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, with no need to justify your decision, provided that the product is still sealed or in perfect condition.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in article 103 of the TRLGDCU, including products personalized at the customer's request, or sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
9. Return procedure
To start a return, please write to hola@bogamante.games including your order number. We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
10. Refunds
Once the product has been received and verified, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of the return (art. 76 TRLGDCU).
11. Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a product with a lack of conformity, contact us and we will proceed in accordance with the three-year legal warranty: repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
12. Exchanges
To request an exchange (for example, if the wrong model was sent), follow the same procedure as for a return. We will help you process it as soon as possible.
